Matthew H. Schwartz is a seasoned trial attorney who has tried cases in federal, state and municipal courts.  Mr. Schwartz’s experience includes criminal defense trials (robberies, assaults, batteries, thefts, white collar crimes and drug & alcohol related matters) as well as civil trials (including real estate, business disputes, disability rights, employment and personal injuries).

Mr. Schwartz achieved national notoriety for his involvement in the O.J. Simpson double homicide trial as well as his appearances on Fox Television’s Power of Attorney.  He has provided legal commentary as a guest on numerous television programs including Good Morning America, The Today Show, Larry King Live, CNN Talkback Live and local news programming. 
Mr. Schwartz’s writings have been published in various law journals, trade magazines and newspaper op-ed sections across the country.

Mr. Schwartz has been in private practice for over 17 years representing clients in both Georgia and California.  He has been recognized for his outstanding service as a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court (Small Claims Division) and for his contributions to the Committee of the Administration of Justice pursuant to an appointment by the California State Bar Board of Governors.

Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice before all Georgia and California trial courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  He is currently a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
